We're offering our bright, spacious two room apartment in the trendy Friedrichshain district of Berlin. It's very quiet but only five minutes away from cafes, clubs, restaurants and shops. Public transport (metro, trains and trams) is also very nearby, and the apartment is only 3 metro stops away from Alexanderplatz (TV Tower).

The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a TV, washing machine and internet (also wireless) connection.

We're a friendly, responsible professional couple. We are going to be in the USA this summer and looking to spend a week - 10 days exploring New York. Something around July 4th-14th.

Non-simultaneous exchange is also possible and welcome.
