The flat is very recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom, with bath and shower. There is a large lounge and dining room with cable TV and wireless internet.

The flat is very close to the major festival venunes: only 10 mins walk to george square and 15 minutes to pleasance. Princes street is also only 10 mins walk. The meadows is on the doorstep.

The cost of £200 ($400) per week includes all bills or £600 ($1200) for the whole month.
