Looking for a clean, quiet room for one week only in April (10th-17th)-prefer Manhatten as that's what I know and am doing a 3-day course on W25th St.

Ideally would like to exchange for a room in Fulham, London, SW6. I have a lovely, Victorian 2-bed house with small, walled garden. Good transport links into central London and a safe, good area-Fulham Road is nearby and lots of cafes, bars, shops, parks and the river all within walking distance.

I only need that week in New York, but am happy to negotiate a longer stay in London if need be. I am an actress in my early 40's looking for a nice, comfortable, clean room. I do smoke, but am considerate. On a low budget, hence the swap rather than a hotel.
